I’m Alan Silva — a Sculptor, Photographer, Artist, Muralist, and Carver based in Southern California. My work blends imagination, storytelling, and craftsmanship to create pieces that spark emotion, curiosity, and connection.

I specialize in sculptures, murals, fine art, and photography, and I’m constantly exploring new ways to bring ideas to life through texture, form, and detail. Whether I’m carving, painting, or building large-scale installations, I strive to create artwork that feels both bold and meaningful.

Every fall, I travel across the country as a pumpkin carver, teaching carving classes and performing live demonstrations. Sharing this art form with audiences of all ages has become one of my favorite parts of the year, and it continues to inspire new creative directions in my work.

My sculptures and murals have been featured at major Hollywood red carpet premieres, including Jurassic World: Rebirth, Barbie, and Superman. Bringing immersive visual experiences to life for these events has been an incredible honor and a highlight of my career.
In 2022, I was a semi-finalist on Food Network’s Outrageous Pumpkins Season 3. You can also catch me with my team, Two Ghouls and a Butcher, carving on Food Network’s Halloween Wars Season 14.

If you ever find yourself in Southern California, be sure to visit “Boots” — the world’s largest duck in boots sculpture — located at The Shops at Dos Lagos in Corona, CA. Creating this public art piece was a true passion project, and it has since become a beloved local landmark.

At the heart of my work is a love for creativity, community, and craftsmanship. Whether I’m designing a custom sculpture, painting a large-scale mural, producing expressive photography, or carving a character from a single block of material, my goal is always the same: to create art that tells a story and leaves a lasting impression.
